the hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained. i liked the variety of plants and flowers (arranged tastefully!). the food options at the buffet were plentiful, with a good selection available. the staff was always helpful and friendly, a big plus.
the alcohol included in the all-inclusive package was not great. the quality seemed low and selection was limited. the location felt a bit isolated. it took a long time to get to other parts of the country because the roads are narrow.

wonderful staff great food excellent activities perfect location
The hotel staff were really good, especially with a late departure. i had access to all the hotel facilities that day. the animation team organized great activities and fun. I enjoyed it. the hotel location is perfect. It is right in front of the beach.

direct access great food
the hotel offered direct beach access, it really simplified our days. the staff, especially jimmy driving the melex taxi, made such an impression on our kids. food options were great, there was always something for everyone.
the transfer service was sometimes unreliable. our drivers were often late. some of vehicles looked very old too.

the food quality was above standard. each evening featured a different theme. fresh orange juice was available daily, i did love red velvet cake being a regular option at breakfast.

the hotel enjoys proximity to the beach. it is very convenient for accessing the sea. it makes it easy to move between the hotel facilities and the beach area, it felt effortless.
